Yes. Each jewellery shop is registered as its own organization, and the backend keeps every organization's data completely isolated from every other one.

How does the QR sticker system work?

Every product gets a unique QR code containing just its product code — never price or weight. Print it as a sticker, and scan it at the counter to pull up the live product details, automatically scoped to your organization.

Can I manage gold loans through Ornax?

Yes. You can issue a loan against pledged gold, record repayments over time, and close the loan when it's settled — all tracked against the original items.

Who can access my shop's data?

Only members of your organization. Organization Admins and Salesmen each get a scoped view, and the platform operator only manages organizations — not your day-to-day data.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Ornax runs entirely in the browser, so your team can use it from a shop desktop, a tablet at the counter, or a phone.
